Hab mir gerade wieder mal den Jet Profiler geladen
Das Ding ist ganz gut um lang laufende Queries zu sehen usw…
Leider zeigt die kostenlose Version nicht alles, die Vollversion kostet 400$
Schade, das der Preis so teuer ist…
Aber ist auch so eine Hilfe.
Kennt jemand andere?
PS: Unter Win7 gehts zwar, aber die Anzeige des Tools flippt regelmässig aus. Unter XP gehts wi a Glöckerl
Wozu ein Tool? Di e lang laufenden Queries kann man doch auch in ein Log schreiben lassen…
Ansonsten: mysql-administrator, da sieht man glaube ich auch, was gerade so am Start ist.

ja, geht tw auch als log, aber die Grafikcharts sind schon übersichtlicher. Wieso die Logs aufarbeiten wenns schon was für gibt.
Genauer schaun kann man in den Logs dann immer noch.
Den mysql-administrator hab ich bisher nur als Screenshots angeschaut, dachte das Ding ist eher für Einstellungen usw gut!?

Just thought I’d clarify that JP shows more than the slow query log does. It will show fast queries too – if they are issued frequently enough to cause load. This happens more often than you think
BTW, we’ve fixed the Tool Tip bug in the latest release.

Yes, its a cool tool and i can understand that the free Version does not show everything.
On the other Hand i have to say that i will use the tool only – sometimes – and for that i wont pay for the full version.
Its to expensive for me. Its just for an Hobbyproject so wouldnt pay at max about 50-75 $ .
So: think about disabling other Features / Buttons which are more interessing for powerusers, add a second – lite-userstatus and ill pay for that

Thanks for your feedback, I understand your concerns. We’ve talked about diversifying the license model further, maybe we will do something like that.
